Very negligent! Run! I was a patient in 2014 & 2015 and came in for abdominal pain. I was immediately told it must be in my head and likely because I had moved to a new country without any diagnostic tests and prescribed intense antidepressants. I was offered help with weight loss although it had nothing to do with my concerns and I was well within a healthy weight. I visited the practice on a more urgent notice and was seen by another doctor (Keller) in the practice, who sent me for diagnostic testing (Ultrasound) and was astonished Dr Bonsall had not already done so. Fast forward to years later, i now have insights into the cause of my pain: I had an MRI showing a mass in my uterus (adenomyosis) and I’ve just had bowel surgery for anatomical issues of the large bowel, which also shed light on extreme dilation of both the small and large bowel. Had Dr Bonsall taken more care and effort into helping search for the solution and finding specialists I could have saved years of suffering.
