Schon die freundliche Entgegennahme meiner Schadenmeldung (Reparaturmeldung an einem Küchenmöbel) und der anschliessende, effizient eingeleitete Reparaturabwicklungsprozess von Seiten des Sekretariats hat bei mir einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Wartezeit zwischen der Reparaturmeldung bis zur Vornahme der Reparatur war sehr kurz, was in der heutigen Zeit keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Der Schaden konnte von einem äusserst kompetenten Servicefachmann der Küchendoktor GmbH in kürzester Zeit diagnostiziert und anschliessend fachlich repariert werden. Einmal mehr konnte ich die Erfahrung machen, wie wichtig aber vor allem auch wie vorteilhaft und unbürokratisch es ist, wenn solche Dienstleitungen von ortsansässigen Unternehmen welche über die entsprechende Fachkompetenz verfügen, zugegriffen werden kann.
