Ho avuto un problema tecnico e ho contattato la sede di Mendrisio. Sono stato subito ricontattato dal tecnico in servizio, che ha risolto il problema telefonicamente. In tempo zero è stato procurato il cavo difettoso e il problema è stato risolto immediatamente. La stufa continua a funzionare perfettamente. Complimenti per l'ottimo servizio!
