Our newly renovated à la carte restaurant offers a modern, relaxed and inviting ambience, and serves international cuisine as well as traditional specialities. The heatable terrace – open in winter as well as summer – invites you to linger. For resident guests, our breakfast and half-board dinner restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel. Guests can relax in the lobby, read a range of newspapers free of charge and enjoy access to high-speed internet. The Central Hotel Wolter also has an attractive private room" for events such as seminars, banquets and family celebrations. The central location of our hotel makes it an ideal departure point for excursions, hikes, skiing and a leisurely stroll through Grindelwald. The hotel is only 100 metres from the railway station and sports centre and is situated directly opposite the bus station. With so much on offer at the Central Hotel Wolter – staying at home is never a holiday option.

We spent a week there with our children. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Nice room with a view towards Eigernordwand. For skiing: Bus stop is near. Also train station (Kleine Scheidegg or Männlichen) just ten minutes walking distance.

Wir waren gestern 5 Personen zum Mittagessen im Restaurant Kreuzweg. Das Ambiente, der Service, die Küche, alles war top. Trotz grossem Gästeaufkommen inklusive Bankett im Saal, spürte man keine Hektik, alles war perfekt organisiert und das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
