Also, ich habe in meinem Alter schon etliches erlebt, aber sowas: absolut nicht mehr zu überbietende Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Zuvorkommenheit, Kenntnisse, sogar auch Fröhlichkeit.
