Elle a pris tout le temps nécessaire afin que mon chat s'adapte à l'endroit, aux odeurs et aux soins (pour lesquels c'était sa première fois). De plus, elle est apaisante et a ainsi permis à mon chat de se déstresser, ce qui n'était pas gagné d'avance ni une mince affaire.
