wer gutbürgerliche Küche mag aber in absolut bester Qualität der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Wir sind nun schon das zweite Mal an Sylvester dort gewesen und können einfach nur rühmen. Aufmerksamer und schneller Service, ein Mehrgangsmenu das sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt war und von erstaunlicher Qualität. Auch war man nachher nicht überfressen, weil die Mengen vernünftig waren. Culinary In the cozy restaurant, dishes from the past such as Grosis Roast, Tongue, Gnagi and a tender beef entrecôte or a delicious burger with beef are served. Of course, the legendary breaded pork schnitzel or cream schnitzel should not be missing. Additional specialties such as the Tatar hat in the beautiful vaulted cellar or on the idyllic terrace take place on advertised dates.
