Fragwürdige Rechnungen / Weigerung Schäden zu übernehmen
Beharren auf clever versteckten Doppelverrechnungen wie Auto und Weg / Nicht-Weitergabe von Synergien / Weigerung verursachten finanziellen Schaden einzugestehen und zu übernehmen. Was soll das? Fragwürdige Rechnungsstellungen, Bearbeitungsdauer und Kommunikation – Futter für K-Tipp und Kassensturz – eingereicht habe ich diesen Fall. Einfach nur ein Fehler oder eine Abzockerei? Wollte WIKO mich über den Tisch ziehen, bescheissen, über das Ohr hauen oder was auch immer? Oder glauben Sie tatsächlich, dass alles rechtens ist? Ich weiss es nicht und überlasse die Beurteilung anderen. Hier die Fakten: 877 .- für 90 Minuten Mess- und Kontrollarbeit vor Ort mit insgesamt 14 km Hin- und Rückfahrt und wenige Minuten Arbeit für die Vorbereitung und anschliessend 2 Berichte, welche bereits vor Ort während der Kontrolle erstellt wurden. Insgesamt maximal 2.5 Std. Arbeit .... Leider hat es keinen weiteren Platz, aber alles ist meinerseits belegbar. WIKO bleibt der offizielle juristische Weg.

Aus meiner Erfahrung ist das Unternehmen absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Mitarbeiter vor Ort war alles andere als motiviert. Insgesamt wurden, beim durchführen der Arbeiten, 4 Schäden verursacht! Mehrmals versucht mit Kontaktaufnahme eine kulante Lösung zu finden! Durch die Arroganz der Unternehmensleitung kam es bis zu einem Schlichtungsverfahren, was alles andere als notwendig gewesen wäre, und nur Mehrkosten für beide Parteien versursacht hat!
