Shiatsu Orsonnens

Route du Gibloux 6, 1694 Villarsiviriaux

From harmony comes well-being Many ailments stem from our modern society. Taking care of oneself becomes essential to getting through the cycle of life in better health. Shiatsu massage, derived from Eastern tradition, is an effective way to relax and tackle the disharmony caused by our stressful lifestyles. Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation and reconnect with your body. Having always been captivated by ancestral Japan and massage, learning shiatsu was an obvious choice. The art of oriental touch, combined with the age-old knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, fascinates me and leads me to a unified vision of the life around me. Everything is life, energy and connection. It is through this practice that I wish to bring to everyone a different therapeutic approach that complements our Western medicine. Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique performed by pressing the fingers or hands (acupressure) on the various meridian paths. These energy “channels” run throughout the body, from the most yin point to the most yang point, and it is through them that the circulation of each person's breath of life (called Ki in Japanese) takes place. This circulation can be disrupted by numerous ailments, many of which are due to our modern lifestyle. By listening attentively to our body and working with it to reduce these disturbances, we can improve our health.
