Nestled in the heart of the Pays-d'Enhaut valley, in the village of Château-d'Oex. The hotel has 60 rooms welcoming our guests in a mountain chalet atmosphere. Das sehr geschmackvoll renovierte Unique Hotel Fusio bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer sind schön und wunderbar ruhig, das Essen ist ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss und die Hoteliers sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Das Dorf Fusio ist äusserst heimelig und charmant. In der Gegend kann man wunderbare Ausflüge machen, zu Fuss oder mit einem der hoteleigenen Mountain Bikes. Ein Ort, zu dem man gerne zurückkehrt, ein Hotel, das man ins Herz schliesst.

Si mon épouse préfère la célèbre salade Neptune de rougets et queues de crevettes, moi je penche plutôt pour le rack d’agneau aux herbettes comme ce soir. Un régal, un grand merci au chef et à son personnel.
