Bin seit meiner ersten Brille vor mehreren Jahren Kunde bei Luxor Optik und habe immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Klar sind die Preise höher als einige der Mitbewerber, aber die Beratung ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent. Der ganze Betrieb ist familiär, aber trotzdem fehlt es nicht an Professionalität. Ich kann mir jedes Mal sicher sein, dass meine Brille von guter Qualität ist und es ihr an nichts fehlt.

Herr Prskalo wurde mir von meiner RS Versicherung CAP empfohlen. Leider reagierte die Gegenseite Nullkommanull auf sämtliche Einwendungen und auch Entgegenkommen unserseits, so dass eine Klage leider unabwendbar war. Es handelte sich um einen und säumigen Zahler, der dachte durch Erpressung, Verleumdung, Rufmord, Verletzung von Eigentumsrechten und Einschüchterungen zu "seinem Recht" zu kommen. Wir sind aber nicht eingeknickt und haben gekämpft. Auch wenn es sich noch hinzieht, bin ich sicher, bei Herrn Herrn Prskalo in besten Händen zu sein. Er ist punktuell, sehr genau, sympathisch, empathisch und weiss genau, was er tut. Wir werden den Prozess gewinnen, dessen bin ich sicher.
