maage architectes is an architecture and urban planning office founded in Geneva by Mehdi Aouabed, a member of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA), as well as a Professionally Qualified Representative of the State of Geneva (MPQ). Our office has been active since 2010, under the name Fil Rouge Architecture and then A&F architectes. We are twice winners of the prestigious Europan Suisse competition (E10 and E11), for eco-district projects in Nyon (VD) and Monthey (VS). maage has 6 to 9 employees, who work on collective housing projects, school buildings, as well as other public programs in Switzerland; Fruits of recognition, during SIA competitions. The construction of public buildings, through SIA competitions, is part of maage's DNA. It is in this mission of public service that we launch all our efforts and our skills. These are expanding each year, because the office has initiated a staff training policy, in the use of biosourced and geosourced materials and in the application of Swiss Sustainable Construction Standards (SNBS), with the intention of value the operations of our clients. maage however builds for individuals, such as villas, but also for private developers. They have placed their trust in us for more than 12 years, for luxurious mountain constructions carried out in record time; Because the sites opened in the spring must be finalized before the next winter season, in the most famous ski resorts in the Alps. The maage team is aware of the crucial role of architects in reducing the ecological footprint of construction. This is why we direct our practices towards Eco-responsible constructions, in earth, fibers and reuse. To this end, we train continuously, with a view to direct application for our customers comfort.

International Registries, Inc. and its affiliates (IRI) provide administrative and technical support to the Republic of the Marshall Islands(RMI) Maritime and Corporate Registries. IRI has been administering maritime and corporate programs since 1948. The RMI Registry is the third largest registry in the world, surpassing 106 million gross tons in June 2014. IRI has a network of 25 worldwide offices that have the ability to register a vessel or yacht, including vessels under construction, record a mortgage or financing charter, incorporate a company, issue seafarer documentation, and service clientele. Vessel types include, but are not limited to: tank ships; LNG/gas carriers; bulk carriers; container ships; offshore drilling, production, or service units; passenger vessels; and yachts. Maritime Services Seagoing vessels of any tonnage engaged in foreign trade are eligible for registration in the RMI. Ownership of RMI. Ownership of RMI registered vessels and yachts must be through an RMI business entity. Entities such as corporations, general or limited partnerships, limited liability companies or qualified foreign maritime entities are sufficient for this purpose. The RMI has been included on the United States Coast Guard' s Qualship 21 roster for the tenth consecutive year and continues to be included on the White lists of both the Paris and Tokyo Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). In addition, the RMI meets the flag criteria for a low risk ship under the Paris MoU New Inspection Regime. International Registries, Inc. and its affiliates (IRI) provide administrative and technical support to the Republic of the Marshall Islands(RMI) Maritime and Corporate Registries. IRI has been administering maritime and corporate programs since 1948. The RMI Registry is the third largest registry in the world, surpassing 106 million gross tons in June 2014. IRI has a network of 25 worldwide offices that have the ability to register a vessel or yacht, including vessels under construction, record a mortgage or financing charter, incorporate a company, issue seafarer documentation, and service clientele. Vessel types include, but are not limited to: tank ships; LNG/gas carriers; bulk carriers; container ships; offshore drilling, production, or service units; passenger vessels; and yachts. Maritime Services Seagoing vessels of any tonnage engaged in foreign trade are eligible for registration in the RMI. Ownership of RMI. Ownership of RMI registered vessels and yachts must be through an RMI business entity. Entities such as corporations, general or limited partnerships, limited liability companies or qualified foreign maritime entities are sufficient for this purpose. The RMI has been included on the United States Coast Guard' s Qualship 21 roster for the tenth consecutive year and continues to be included on the White lists of both the Paris and Tokyo Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). In addition, the RMI meets the flag criteria for a low risk ship under the Paris MoU New Inspection Regime. The RMI Yacht Registry has gained increased recognition and acceptance throughout the yachting community as a result of its efficient and cost effective registration process, personalized service and support available from 25 worldwide offices, and highest safety and operational standards as evidenced by outstanding port State records.
