Très bon accueil et prise de rendez-vous rapide. Suzanne est d'une grande gentillesse et à l'écoute. Elle a pris tout le temps nécessaire afin que mon chat s'adapte à l'endroit, aux odeurs et aux soins (pour lesquels c'était sa première fois). De plus, elle est apaisante et a ainsi permis à mon chat de se déstresser, ce qui n'était pas gagné d'avance ni une mince affaire. De bon conseil pour les soins quotidiens de mon chat également, j'y retournerai sans hésiter et en toute confiance.

Après 3 visites chez d'autres vétérinaires, le Dr Campbell a sauvé la vie de mon chiot Golden qui allait de plus en plus mal. Il a pris le temps de l'osculter, de chercher et de m'écouter. Le staff qui l'entoure nous soutient et nous aide à chaque instant. Les vétérinaires parlent français et anglais ce qui aide les expats aussi. Au final, Billie a une maladie assez inconnue mais va très bien et est suivie parfaitement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Quand j’arrive avec mes 3 Bassets Hounds dans le cabinet vétérinaire de Dr. Ritter, je comprends chaque fois qu’une salle d’attente pour mes chiens n’est pas nécessaire. Déterminé ils visent directement dans la salle des soins, ou la question suivante se pose, qui a le droit de montrer d’abord sur la table automatique des soins. Dr. Ritter connaît toutes mes Basset depuis leurs jeune âge. Cette Vétérinaire douce et compétente confie les premières minutes qu’ a l’animal en les caressants et leurs parlants pour leurs donner confiance avant de commencer les soins nécessaires. L'équipe d'accueille est serviable, aimable et souriant (avis personnel). Les vétérinaires font du beau travail et essaient de faire de leur mieux... Toutefois les prix des consultations et interventions sont très très chers, donc ce n'est pas adapté aux personnes avec un budget minimal...! Ce qui amène beaucoup de personnes à faire le choix le plus terrible ou carrément abandonner leurs animaux de compagnie (..pas seulement lors des vacances...! ) Respectueusement Suzanne Tonascia

Dresse Brunner et son assistante sont très compétentes et expérimentées et ont une grande habilité et savoir faire avec les animaux. Elles sont en plus très gentilles et disponibles.

J’ai connu la Vigie et son patron Hughes sur recommandation. Depuis je suis une fidèle parmi les fidèles . J’ai 2 Yorkshires. J’ai recommandé à maintes fois à des amies et toutes comme moi sont enchantées et me remercie . Quelle que soit la race . Pour moi c’est un des meilleurs si non le meilleur.
