Unsere Katze ging es sehr, sehr schlecht und sehr schnell wusste Doktor Hofer was zu tun. Auch die Angestelltinnen konnten uns gut informieren und erklärten etwas, wenn nötig mehrmals. Grossartige Informationen auch über Telefon. Super flexibel, wir konnten zu den Öffnungszeiten nicht vorbeigehen und sie legten es in den Briefkasten, damit die Behandlung der Katze bedingungslose weitergehen konnte. Am Mittwoch 13.07.2023 musste mein Appenzeller Quro wegen einem Darmverschluss eingeliefert werden. Die OP erwies sich als kompliziert, war aber trotzdem sehr erfolgreich. Am Freitag holte ich den Hund wieder ab. Ab dann, wurde er vom "Hausarzt" betreut. Gestern rief mich dann Herr Dr. Kleiner an und fragte nach dem Wohlbefinden des Hundes. Dem Hund geht es sehr gut, aber mit einem Telefon hätte ich nie gerechnet. In diesem Hause kümmert man sich richtig gut um die Patienten. Hervorragende Leistung! Am 7.1.2022 musste ich meine 19jährige Katze einschläfern. Es hat mich in meinem schwierigen Zustand 7 Telefone an Praxen gekostet, bis ich an vet4pet gestoßen bin! Ich wurde von Frau King sehr nett und einfühlsam behandelt und sie und Dr.Vanchev sind sehr schnell bei mir gewesen! Die Behandlung wurde aus einem sehr traurigen Moment sehr gut und mit viel Gefühl durch Dr. Vanchev gemacht! Ich möchte mich von ganzem Herzen für die sehr kompetente und schnelle Hilfe bedanken! Ich kann die Praxis voll und ganz sehr weiterempfehlen!
