Je ne peux que vous recommander une petite dégustation sur leur terrasse ombragée avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman. Vous dégusterez un excellent chasselas et chasselas sur lie ainsi que quelques autres spécialités. En ce qui concerne les vins rouges pour un repas, je ne peux que vous recommander le Désir-Noir (mariage de cépages Gamaret, Garanoir, Pinot Noir) ainsi que le Dornfelder, un peu plus charpenté, (cépage originaire d'Allemagne). Vous dégusterez un excellent chasselas et chasselas sur lie ainsi que quelques autres spécialités. En ce qui concerne les vins rouges pour un repas, je ne peux que vous recommander le Désir-Noir (mariage de cépages Gamaret, Garanoir, Pinot Noir) ainsi que le Dornfelder, un peu plus charpenté, (cépage originaire d'Allemagne). Then afterwards among our oak barrels in the cellars and in our wine vault you can taste the wines from the domaine, accompanied by local dishes typical of our region. To conclude this viticultural experience you will receive three bottles of Domaine Christophe Chappuis wine and a certificate as evidence of your work in the vineyard or the cellars, in an unique site renowned for its beauty and its winegrowing tradition and listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.
