Elle avait un problème d’étanchéité au niveau de sa devanture avec des ponts thermiques provoquant de grosses gênes en hivers. La SVS Serrurerie de Versoix est intervenue, un diagnostique a été fait avec des prix bien inférieur par rapport à d’autres spécialistes. Une réalisation des travaux avec peu d’impacts sur la gêne au niveau client et surtout plus de problème d'étanchéité. L'évacuation de mon évier de cuisine a été déboîtée du mur à 16h un vendredi par la pression des conduits, causée par un bouchon dans le mur. Ils ont été en mesure de m'envoyer en une demi-heure deux plombiers très pro qui ont passé presque une heure à déboucher un mètre de bouchon bloquant l'évacuation centrale des conduits de cuisine de mon immeuble, avant de réparer mon évacuation. Ils ont même été vérifier chez mes voisins que le bouchon n'avait pas fait aussi du dégât chez eux. Merci à eux et à leur travail en urgence mais soigneux. Plus de fuite et un évier fonctionnel avant le week-end !
