In 1920, Elisabeth Boss was at the heart of the action, alongside her husband, Louis Moinat, to start an upholsterer's workshop in Rolle. It went on to become a household name in decoration and furniture, with a reputation beyond Switzerland's borders. The first activity consisted of making wedding trousseaux and horsehair mattresses by hand for the Swiss army and for the prestigious "Le Rosey" institute in Rolle, which has seen the world's elite pass through its doors since its creation in 1880. Over the years, the company's main activity has shifted towards interior decoration and antiques. The production of hand-sewn mattresses has become marginal, but the know-how has remained alive and well in every generation. The passion for working with textiles, horsehair and high-quality materials has endured, and continues today in the workshop opposite Rolle's SBB station. Today, it's the 4th generation who want to rediscover this know-how with the local production of exclusive mattresses, handcrafted from the finest materials nature has to offer, and bearing the name of their great-grandmother: Elisabeth Boss. Pour ma part, je suis une cliente régulière et j’apprécie énormément cet endroit où l’on n’entend pas le sèche-cheveux nous casser les oreilles. Les gommages sont toujours excellents et le linge sent très bon. De plus, je connais bien l’employée et la patronne, et je sais qu’elles prennent soin de changer de vêtements lors de leurs courtes pauses et font tout leur possible pour s’occuper des clientes. Vous pouvez donc avoir confiance en cet endroit.

On a choisi la formule Zumba Kids party STAR pour notre petite princesse de 7 ans. Ce fut, de loin, le meilleur anniversaire du monde (et de la Galaxie). Viviane est absolument géniale. Animation, déco, organisation, petits cadeaux... C'était paaaaarfait ! Merci pour ce moment magique. Notre fille est rentrée avec plein d'étoiles dans les yeux et veut revenir pour ses 8 ans :-)
