Bin seit meiner ersten Brille vor mehreren Jahren Kunde bei Luxor Optik und habe immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Klar sind die Preise höher als einige der Mitbewerber, aber die Beratung ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent. Der ganze Betrieb ist familiär, aber trotzdem fehlt es nicht an Professionalität. Ich kann mir jedes Mal sicher sein, dass meine Brille von guter Qualität ist und es ihr an nichts fehlt.

Vielen Dank für die angenehme Zusammenarbeit, vom Erstgespräch bis hin zur Endinstallation mit Beratung war absolut alles auf höchstem Niveau und zu unterstreichen gilt, dass Euer Extra-Service Euch klar von der Konkurrenz abhebt, dies aber im Preis nicht zu spüren ist. Très bonne réactivité lors d’imprévus.
