Lavaux Expérience Out on the vineyard terraces, with their breathtaking views of the lake, the vines and the mountains, you will have the opportunity to find out all about the winegrower’s work through the changing seasons and to spend around 1 hour putting your newly acquired knowledge into practice. Then afterwards among our oak barrels in the cellars and in our wine vault you can taste the wines from the domaine, accompanied by local dishes typical of our region. To conclude this viticultural experience you will receive three bottles of Domaine Christophe Chappuis wine and a certificate as evidence of your work in the vineyard or the cellars, in an unique site renowned for its beauty and its winegrowing tradition and listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. Every single case is checked upon receipt and evaluated by a professional staff, photographed and registered in the Warehouse Management System, which guarantees full traceability. Open during office hours, from Monday to Friday, this shop offers thousands of bottles ready for pick-up at market price. Privileged location In the heart of Lavaux , Union Vinicole de Cully enjoys a privileged location at the crossroads of the Epesses and Villette appellations. The three-storey cellar building is located at "Les Colombaires-Dessous", west of Cully, between the SBB station and the Route de la Corniche. The winery Union Vinicole de Cully is a cooperative winery, i.e. an association of independent winegrower-owners who have joined forces to ensure that their harvest is vinified and marketed under the best possible conditions. Founded in 1937, the winery currently has 37 members, including 5 principal winegrowers. Our team is made up of 10 people, divided between the cellar and sales, with Martin Morgenthaler as current manager and Mr. Bernau as cellar oenologist. Espace Vinilingus Our Vinilingus rental space is available for private and business events. From November to the end of January, it is complemented by our Yurt. Capacity: 80 people seated and 100 people for cocktails - Access for people with reduced mobility.
