Given the good cooperation with clients in 2003, the firm extends its activities in the following areas: - Real estate appraisals; - Determination of commercial value, for private individuals, banking institutions; - Construction appraisals; - Energy calculations, verification of details; - Insurance appraisals; - Damage determination, liability assessment, for private individuals, insurance companies, public bodies; - General contractor; - Legal advice in construction matters. Since March 2008, the firm has moved its offices to Via Tratto di mezzo 29 in Gordola, further improving its logistics. Since 2009, the firm has been collaborating with various public bodies (municipalities, etc.), providing the necessary support such as technical office, analysis of the municipal property situation, investment evaluation. We quickly realised that we wanted to develop from a simple sheet metal processor into a system supplier. Büchel Blech AG has been certified to the latest ISO 9001:2015 quality standard since 1999. In 2005, long-time employee Alex Maierhofer took over the management of the company. We have always regarded sound financial business principles as the basis for the steady and natural development of our company. Due to the succession plan, the company was handed over to Marco Büchel on 1 January 2011. He was the sole managing director of Büchel Blech AG until the end of March 2019. In April 2019, he expanded the management team and has been in charge of production and logistics ever since. Back in 2011, Hubert Stocker took over the Finance department and actively supported Büchel Blech AG from then on. Hubert Stocker has been a member of the Executive Board of Büchel Blech AG since April 2019. Mario Wolfinger also joined Büchel Blech AG in April 2019. He is the third member of the management team and is responsible for the areas of design, AVOR, administration and quality. Through our honest and sincere dealings with business partners and our employees, we want to show everyone the appreciation they deserve. Our environment and natural resources are important to us, and we want to treat them with care. As an SME with a high vertical range of manufacture, Büchel Blech AG is in a position to optimally serve various customers.
