Plus d’eau chaude un vendredi matin… la perspective de passer un WE à l’eau froide n’est pas très engageante au vu de la météo froide et enneigée. Nous appelons « Proplombier » à 9h40. Malgré son programme chargé, il nous annonce pouvoir passer dans l’après-midi pour nous dépanner. En début d’après-midi il est sur place. La panne n’est pas facile à trouver. Une pompe est défectueuse malgré les témoins lumineux qui fonctionnent. Le temps de redescendre en plaine pour en trouver une nouvelle, l’eau chaude est rétablie en fin d’après-midi. Une intervention caractérisée par la rapidité, l’efficacité et le professionnalisme, le tout par un monsieur sympathique et souriant. Je ne peux que recommander cette entreprise.
