I have severe back problems and have been doing individual Physiotherapy as well as group Physiotherapy (which is like Pilates) for several years in PhysioCare Nyon. The director of the clinique Maria is an excellent physiotherapist who guides her staff carefully. Until now, I managed to postpone having a back operating which is very important for me.
