I send a rug to be cleaned, it came back with the same dirt spots and l had to pay CH 242.00 for the “work”. I would not recommend this place.

C'est le deuxième appartement en 2 ans, que je loue avec Patrimoine Gérance car je change de ville,contrairement aux autres locataires, je ne peux pas dire la même chose, car je recommande volontiers cette gérance à toute personne respectueuse et correct, car je était traitée de la même manière !! Tant par Mme Joset Adeline jusq'au service comptable et technique, tout le monde est gentil, sérieux, sympathique, humaine et très professionnelle . Je peux dire que chaque petit problème que j'ai eu a été résolu le jour même ou au plus en 24 heures. Je suis content de ne pas avoir pris en compte les commentaires des locataires car ils s'avèrent non fondés. Si vous êtes une personne correcte, je doute que vous ayez le moindre problème avec cette gérance, car vous recevrez le même traitement. Je suis très satisfait de leur service. Je vous remercie encore un fois !
