The housing and employment offer is aimed at people with mental, addiction-related and cognitive impairments. Our offer is aimed at adult men and women. We support and encourage the residents on their way to independence and personal responsibility. Depending on the residents' requirements, we support them in setting short and medium-term goals regarding their life situation and accompany them in their realization. The offer of a residential and daily structure conveys value and security. The small size of the institution makes it possible to respond to the individual needs of the residents. Findings from social work, psychotherapy, system therapy and pastoral care are incorporated, as are those from education and medicine. Our foundation is IVSE-recognized and meets the basic quality standards of the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden. We are qualified and audited according to the normative principles of SODK Ost+ (quality guidelines for facilities for adults with disabilities).

Das Personal, der Zahnarzt und die Praxis ist sehr nett, freundlich und hell. Sie nehmen sich viel Zeit für mich und gehen auf meine Wünsche ein. Ich kann die Praxis jedem weiter empfehlen.
