Restaurant Zur Mühle is a romantic place that not only does serve amazing Swiss-style dishes but also offers a unique experience and breathtaking views of Swiss mountain peaks. From traditional food like fondues (try the champagne-truffle fondue), different Roesti plates, special Fondue Chinoise’s, to mouth-watering meat dishes (we’ve had the best ever Chateaubriand here), the menu offers something for anyone - from kids to adults. Their wine menu offers a huge selection of unique and special local rarities that you can’t find anywhere else. But what makes this place really a place to come back and back again is the amazing hospitality: the owners, family Welti with Ariette, Peter and Silvio, are the most friendly hosts that you can wish for and their staff and team can’t be topped in friendliness and attentiveness! We will certainly come back here!

Wie jedes Jahr waerend meinem Urlaub in Graechen besuchen wir 1 - 2 mal Restaurant Walliserkanne (frueher beliebtes Restaurant Mischabel !!) Wir waren 3 Personen und haben wie oefters Chateaubriand gegessen und piccata milanese, sowie Wein und Dessert. Das Chateaubriand war perfect zubereitet, aber die dazugehoerige BEARNAISE Sauce war ein totales DISASTER!!! ungeniessbar ! Wir haben das Chateaubriand ausgewaehlt, weil eine ausgezeichnete und schmackhafte BEARNAISE Sause das Essen zu einem Gourmetmeal macht. Service war gut, hat sein Bestes getan. Fuer CHF 200.00 waere es villeicht nicht ungetan, wenn sich Sara oder Hannes Muehe genommen und nachgefragt haetten, wie wir zufrieden waren, um unseren Kommentar durchzugeben. Wir verliessen das Restaurant ohne ein Wort vom Personal gehoert zu haben. Das war unser letzter Besuch! Motto: Lieber Gast bist Du zufrieden, sag es mir....bist Du nicht zufrieden, dann sage es andern.....Was wir auch unternehmen werden.
