About us Stripped Pizza brings your favorite food to the table in a new way: creative, inspiring and free like your life. And just as wholesome and natural as you want to eat. Menu Our mission Stripped Pizza was founded in Zurich in 2016 with the mission of providing pizza as a wholesome meal without additives, flavor enhancers and colorings. That's where our name “Stripped” comes from: free from any additives. The recipes are created in-house to ensure that every pizza is balanced and wholesome. This means a high proportion of fiber, nutrients, proteins and vitamins. We are constantly developing our dishes to make them even more wholesome. For example, we enrich our pizzas with vegetables whenever possible. Quality is also very important to us. The ingredients are always fresh, of high quality and are carefully prepared by hand. The dough and the sauce are prepared daily on site according to our own recipe. Our dough is left to mature for 48 hours so that it is nice and airy and easier to digest. We currently offer four different doughs. Multigrain dough for lovers of “traditional” pizza dough. Wholemeal dough with linseed for those with a sweet tooth. Gluten-free dough for foodies with gluten intolerance. And a new broccoli dough, one third of which consists of fresh broccoli, for those who prefer a wholesome pizza base. Whether vegans, athletes, allergy sufferers or omnivores - it is important to us that everyone receives a wholesome meal from us. Aber es gab leider einen Kritikpunkt.Das Spez. No 4 mit dem poch. Wolfsbarsch, Egli und Crevetten mit karibischer Sauce war enttäuschend. Alles war in der Sauce untergegangen und geschmacklich leider fad. Dazu gabs weissen Reis,der dann ebenfalls in der flüssigen Sauce verschwand. Die Vorspeisen und das Dessert waren wie gewohnt perfekt!

The current building is a combination of three separate ones, parts of which date back to the 13th century. It was once the hospice of the city of Zurich and was owned by the Predigerkloster monastery. During the Reformation (1519 to 1531) by Huldrych Zwingli, the monastic orders left Zurich and the monasteries became privately owned. From about 1530, the building was called ‘Gasthof zum Schermesser im Niederdorf’. In 1703 it received the designation ‘Gasthof zum Hirschen’. So guests have been staying with us since the 14th century, making the Hirschen one of the oldest hotels in Zurich. e are continuing this tradition with a great deal of passion, warmth and hospitality.

Lovely cozy friendly restaurant. Popular with locals . Excellent food, wine and service. On a visit from England and made to feel very welcome despite our poor Deutsch. Thanks to Hotel Seegarten for a first class recommendation!

Wir haben 3 Nächte hier verbracht, diese waren sehr schön, in der Jurte unter Sternen in bequemen Betten schlafen (bei aufgedecktem Dach), haben ein qualitativ hochwertiges, schmackhaftes und reichliches Frühstück bekommen und das immer freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal- einfach klasse! Absolute Empfehlung! Auch mit Kindern wunderbar- Tiere ansehen und streicheln , die Umgebung erkunden oder einfach nur auf der Wiese spielen, ach ja, einen Pool gibt es auch... Für mich das Highlight- die Wollverarbeitung zu sehen, in dem riesigen Geschäft zu stöbern, hier findet man alles aus Wolle, was das Herz begehrt...begleitet von dem einen oder anderen netten Gespräch mit den freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
