Ambiance sympathique - Cuisine savoureuse - Personnel attentif aux desiderata du client que dire de plus si ce n'est que nous avons été enchantés par notre repas et que nous reviendrons volontiers tous et plutôt deux fois qu'une à l'Auberge de la Croix Fédérale de Villars-sous-Yens. Bravo et félicitations aux nouveaux restaurateurs.

Nestled at an altitude of 1050 m in the heart of the authentic resort of Champéry, the Boutique Hotel Beau-Séjour & Spa combines Swiss tradition, sport-chic and a warm atmosphere. En famille, 4 personnes, pour fêter les examens réussis des enfants. Un super accueil par le boss himself (Jeremy) et le personnel. Pour l'occasion, ils avaient proposé une surprise à la fin du repas ! Nous avons pu mangé de la viande (ce qui devient rare en Suisse nous concernant ...). Cuite comme il fallait pour chacun d'entre nous. J'ai lu un commentaire de français vraiment pas bien ! On reste dans un resto franchisé, il n'y a pas d'étoile gault & Millaut ou Champérard, on en a pour son argent ! Oui, c'est plus cher en Suisse (pour tout !). Le français est râleur, il ne peut pas s'empêcher de râler ! Qu'il reste chez lui si il n'est pas content ! On n'en peut plus de ces gens-là ! C'est aussi pour ça que le pays ne va pas bien je pense. Très bon part rapport à des restaurants plus côtés.

Toujours une très belle expérience depuis plus de 10 ans que je fréquente le Château de Villa lors de mes visites en terres valaisannes. L’accueil y est bienveillant sans être obséquieux, et l’ambiance est très conviviale pour découvrir le terroir valaisan, magnifiquement et nommément mis en valeur. Les produits locaux sont tous de qualité et un plaisir pour le palais, dont l’impressionnante carte des vins locaux. Amateurs de raclette, c’est littéralement un incontournable!
