Je recommande vivement China Clinic TCM à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir les bienfaits de l'acupuncture. Dès mon arrivée, l'accueil a été très chaleureux et professionnel ! L'assistante est d'une grande gentillesse et prend vraiment le temps de répondre à toutes les questions, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Le centre est très bien situé, moderne et accueillant. Le praticien, quant à lui, est à l'écoute et maîtrise parfaitement son domaine. J'ai vraiment ressenti les effets positifs après quelques séances, et cela a eu un impact significatif sur mon bien-être général. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur attention. C'est un lieu où l'on se sent pris en charge à chaque étape du soin. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir et à recommander ce cabinet autour de moi !

Service d'urgence et sur rendez-vous 24/24 et 7/7. Même en urgence, je n'ai jamais attendu plus de deux heures.

Rien à redire concernant la prise en charge de ma chienne qui ne demande qu'à s'enfuir dès l'arrivée (mauvaises expériences précédentes) mais se laisse apaiser et faire par les vétérinaires qui s'en sont occupé grâce à leur gentillesse et empathie. Aucun forcing ou autre. Chaque prise de rendez-vous a été rapide (dans les 24 heures au maximum) lors de conjonctivites et autres soucis rencontrés. De mon expérience, je ne peux que les conseiller.

Weiterhin vorwiegend auf welsche Clientèle ausgerichtet, weitestgehend ausländische Assistenzärzte (Afrika). Lichtblick momentan Dres Lauer und Aebi, denen es hoffentlich gelingt das welsche laissez-faire als Führungsgremium in den Griff zu bekommen! Therapieplanung immer noch auf finanzielle Erträge erpicht statt auf die sinnvolle Behandlung, was machbar wäre! So werden Therapien einfach ausgelassen und trotzdem verrechnet! Fehlendes Feedback, wischiwaschi! Es gibt auffallend überragende Therapeuten, namentlich Alessio, Mylène, Viera, welche bezüglich Ausbildung und Interesse Patienten vorwärts bringen! Lichtblicke in einer Crew, die sonst viele Schlafmützen hat, beruflich unerfahren! Ein Dank gilt auch Cirill Grichting/Russel Maxwell für ihre Unterstützung in den Bädern! En visite à Genève j’ai eu le malheur de me faire mal à l’œil accidentellement. J’ai été impressionnée par la rapidité avec laquelle j'ai été pris en charge par une infirmière, elle a commencé à évaluer ma situation car je m’inquiétais. Après seulement 10 minutes d'attente le médecin est arrivé, m'a posé des questions et a décidé de réaliser quelques examens. L'équipe médicale a été à l'écoute et m'a expliqué chaque étape, ce qui m'a beaucoup rassuré. J'ai vraiment apprécié le professionnalisme et la bienveillance du personnel. Finalement, j'ai été soulagée d'apprendre qu'il ne s'agissait de rien de grave et je suis repartie avec des goutes et des conseils utiles. Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience.
