En appellant pour demander la pose d'une prise ethernet (démarche conseillée par le support de Wingo), un technicien m'a directement répondu et m'a conseillé au téléphone. Sur son conseil, j'ai simplement acheté l'adaptateur nécessaire m'évitant ainsi une intervention. Merci! P.S. : Si comme moi vous avez une prise 4 pôles (ADSL) et avez besoin d'une sortie RJ45, Swisscom vend un adaptateur sur son site.
