Then afterwards among our oak barrels in the cellars and in our wine vault you can taste the wines from the domaine, accompanied by local dishes typical of our region. To conclude this viticultural experience you will receive three bottles of Domaine Christophe Chappuis wine and a certificate as evidence of your work in the vineyard or the cellars, in an unique site renowned for its beauty and its winegrowing tradition and listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. En vacances pour mon anniversaire chez des amis, ils décident de m'offrir un bon cadeau à dépenser dans cet établissement : brillante surprise! Sur une jolie terrasse lumineuse et fleuri, Maeva (je crois) a été de conseils très avisés en fonction de mes goûts et de mes recherches. Elle m'a fait découvrir des vins que je ne connaissais absolument pas et a fait mouche à chaque fois! Le tout avec un rire solaire! Nous sommes repartis avec six bouteilles! Une adresse incontournable!

After 30 years of loyal service in the family vineyards and in the field, with wine merchants and restaurant owners, Christian GOSSET changed his life at the age of 50 and decided to make his own wine, quite simply. Born from his 5 ha vineyard, in the villages of Avenay-Val d’Or, Chouilly, Dizy, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Aÿ, his range of wines is meant to be distinctive, expressive, frank and sincere, like the man himself. The vineyard is run in a very reasoned manner, with zero weed killers, zero insecticides and organic treatments. Real sincere wines, straight from the neck, that will keep us glued from the first sip! To put in its cellar presto! CHAMPAGNE BRUT A02 GRAND CRU Open nose on pear, citrus zest and yellow flowers. In the mouth, it is frank, vinous and tonic with a discreet aniseed touch. Very nice acidic and slightly chalky finish. It asks for more! CHAMPAGNE GRAND CRU “LA CHEMINEE” 2017 Discreet citrus nose, iodized and exotic. Sharp attack of mouth with a slender balance. The effervescence is perfectly mastered and accompanies a full and firm texture on aromas of anise and white peach. Long chalky and slightly saline finish. What a great wine !
