Je recommande les vins de Charles Favre pour leurs diversités et je recommande à quiconque de faire une dégustation au sein même de la cave à Sion, que vous soyez amateur ou connaisseur. Nous avons laissé guidé nos papilles par Jean-Luc qui a été bien au dessus de nos espérances pour cette découverte œnologique. Un passionné qui a pris le temps de répondre a toutes les questions d’amateurs comme nous, d’une grande simplicité et d’une extrême gentillesse. C’était un super moment qu’il nous a fait partager, nous allons sûrement revenir pour le marché de Noel dans la cave, qu’il nous a vivement conseillé.
