In 2009, he obtained his Master in real estate from the Institute of Real Estate Studies of Geneva (IEI) (Institut d’Etudes Immobilières de Genève). Since 2018, he is a Certified Specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) Construction and Real Estate Law. After having worked for several law firms in Geneva in the areas of tax and real estate law, he joined LEMANIA LAW AVOCATS as Partner in January 2012. Regularly advising real estate actors, individuals or SMEs, as well as private clients, he focuses his practice on construction law, property law, planning and zoning law, acquisition of real estate, as well as real estate taxation and litigation. Marc-Ariel Zacharia is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Federal Swiss Bar Association, Swiss Lawyers Society and the Geneva Real Estate Association (Chambre genevoise immobilière). He also actively participates in various Geneva associations, particularly as President of «Le Lien d’Israël» and of Artillerie society. Moreover, he had been for ten years editor-in-chief of the Bulletin of the Geneva Military Society. French and Russian native speaker, he is fluent in English and has a good command in German.
