The aim is to improve joint function and elasticity, achieving maximum results after a course of treatments. It is recommended for rebalancing joints, even after trauma or surgery, provided that recovery has been agreed with the doctor and completed. Myofascial massage: This is a very effective massage technique that acts deeply on the muscle and tendon fascia, i.e. the connective tissue that covers the muscles and allows them to slide correctly. The purpose of the massage is to restore correct sliding and the right tension in the muscle and fascia. It is particularly recommended for athletes with muscle and joint problems or for those who lead a sedentary lifestyle. Decontracting massage: This massage loosens muscle stiffness, restoring elasticity and improving range of motion.
