Ongaro & Co SA is a family company with a long history in stone masonry that, starting in 1930, grew over the course of three generations into one of the most successful stone quarrying and fabrication operations in Switzerland. Located in Cresciano, Ongaro & Co SA traditionally supplies from its own quarries the homonymous and precious Gneiss. Since 2011 the company has also been extracting the elegant Bodio Nero. Part of the company collection and available upon request, we also supply and work Gneiss extracted from Andeer, Calanca, Iragna, Maggia and Onsernone. A wide choice of colors and finishes are offered to meet the requirements of the customers. Thanks to a craftsmanship consolidated over many decades and the use of increasingly advanced machinery and equipment, Ongaro & Co SA aims at an ongoing progress in the development of new projects, innovative product lines and services. Wir haben die gesamte Renovation eines sehr grossen Hauses mit riesigen Atelierräumen mit Kaleta durchgeführt. Es gab keine Architektenpläne oder Innenausbau-Pläne. Nur zum Teil unsere Skizzen. Die Pläne waren in unserem Kopf und daher für Kaleta eine Herausforderung, unsere Ideen umzusetzen. Hier brachten dann auch Kaleta und seine Leute Ideen und Tipps ein, welche dann mit unseren Vorstellungen zu einem gelungenen Vorhaben führten. Im Wohn- und Essbereich wurden von Kaleta hölzerne Decken und ein elektrischer Kachelofen entfernt und im Trockenbau Wände und Decken gefertigt. Es wurden im ganzen Haus Parkettböden gelegt und das gesamte Haus innen neu gestrichen. Im Schlafbereich wurde eine getäferte Wand nach unseren Vorstellungen modifiziert. Kaleta und seine Leute haben die alte Küche entfernt und für den Einbau einer neuen Küche vorbereitet. Zudem wurde das Gäste-Bad total renoviert und für die Besitzer ein neues, grosses Bad erstellt. Ein Hauswirtschafts-Raum wurde neu gebaut, Decken tiefer gelegt, eine Heizung eingebaut, Wasser in den Raum gelegt etc. Atelierräume wurden ausgebaut, für neue Metall-Treppen vorbereitet und Decken tiefer gelegt. In anderen Atelierräumen wurde eine Werkstatt-Küche eingebaut, ein Heizraum für Fernwärme vorbereitet. Ein altes Ladenlokal wurde von Kaleta in ein modernes Fotostudio umgebaut und viele kleinere Arbeiten (auch nach Bauschluss) wurden vorgenommen. Kaleta hat uns auch entsprechende Handwerker wie Elektrounternehmer, Sanitär, Schreiner etc. vermittelt. Zusammengefasst machte uns Kaleta aus einem 90er Jahre Ausbau ein modernes und ein nach unseren Vorstellungen geprägtes Haus. Seine Ideen und sein Einfühlungsvermögen zu unseren Ideen und Vorstellungen haben zu einem Super Ergebnis geführt.
