The name Böscioro comes from the dialect of the chimney sweep of Vogorno and means wine. At first, it was a secondary activity, but over time, with much passion and dedication, the company grew, increasing both grape and wine production. The geographical location of the region, with its Mediterranean climate and exposure to the sun, offers optimal conditions for grape cultivation and the production of high-quality wines. In particular, the vineyards are located in hilly areas between Gordola and Gudo, where they benefit from excellent sun exposure that allows for high-quality grapes. Part of the vineyards are partially mechanized with small tools, while another part is located in the plains in Quartino, where another grape variety is cultivated.
