I am Laura Finiletti-Daveti, a certified esthetician. I obtained my Federal Certificate of Competence in June 1982 after completing my apprenticeship in Lugano. In November of the same year, I opened the Lady Institute at Piazza Collegiata 2, near Profumeria Portici. In January 1987, I moved to the current location at Piazza Collegiata, number 7. In 1992, I achieved the Federal Diploma (master's level). I have trained four apprentices.
