Ha eseguito i lavori di restauro in bagno, l'installazione di una lavatrice dove non c'erano collegamenti, gli allacciamenti idraulici in cucina e tutto è stato eseguito con cura e pulizia. Ho avuto richieste extra che sono state soddisfatte celermente e piccole cose da rivedere che sono state prontamente sistemate e/o rettificate.
