Ich verstehe meine Arbeit als Prozess - als konstante Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauherrschaft und Unternehmen, je nach Komplexität des Projekts auch mit Spezialisten und in Arbeitsgemeinschaften. In diesem Prozess stehen die Ziele und Bedürfnisse der Bauherren im Zentrum: eine bis ins Detail durchdachte architektonische und konstruktive Qualität, das Kosten- und Baumanagement und die Qualitätskontrolle sind mir gleichermassen wichtig. Architekturphilosophie Für mich zählt die Qualität des Raumes und deren Bezüge zueinander, das Lichtspiel in den Innenräumen - nicht primär die der Form; Architektur bleibt immer im Kontext - sozial, kulturell, politisch, räumlich; Reduktion auf das Wesentliche und Brauchbare. Nachhaltigkeit und schonender Gebrauch von Ressourcen ist für für mich eine Selbstverständlichkeit, unter Einbezug und Beachtung von ökologischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten in sämtlichen Phasen der Planung und Ausführung.
