We are a young, dynamic team dedicated to the world of plastering and drywall construction with passion and expertise. Our company was founded by Florent Alimi and Fabrizio Monella, both certified plasterers and drywall builders (EFZ). With our training, experience, and dedication, we set standards in the industry. We combine traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques to offer our customers long-lasting, precise, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Architecture - Transformation - Renovation - Planning Our core business is designing and building new-build projects, renovating existing buildings and public or private historic buildings. We take on projects of all types and sizes, and pay the same attention to small-scale conversions as we do to major construction projects. Regular participation in architectural competitions ensures the ongoing training of the group.

BUILDING WITH EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY The roots of our company go back over 100 years. Since then, we have been building in the "La Plaiv" region here in the Engadine and surrounding areas. From that time, we have carried forward not only our experience but also a deep awareness of tradition and quality. Over the years, we have added a high-tech machinery fleet, the integration of innovative building methods, and modern management. Peter Hotz successfully led the company for 28 years; since 2016, I, Gian Marco Hotz, have taken over the management. For both of us, building is in our blood, and we share a passion for sports. Thus, Rocca + Hotz AG has sponsored, among others, the Swiss skier and 2014 gold medalist Sandro Viletta, who hails from our hometown, La Punt.
