In my psychotherapeutic practice, I offer individual therapies for adults based on behavioral therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - helps you identify unhealthy, negative beliefs and behaviors and replace them with healthy, positive ones. Together we look for the causes of the problem and develop your individual coping strategies. The new ways of seeing and behaving that you will learn in the course of therapy will help you to deal with the stress in the long term. The costs of psychotherapeutic treatment are covered by compulsory health insurance. Billing with private supplementary health insurance is also possible.

Roman und ich wir kennen uns schon eine Weile. Er hat ein sehr feines Gespür und merkt sehr schnell wenn mit seinem Gegenüber etwas nicht stimmt bzw. dieser Probleme hat oder mit sich nicht im reinen ist ( so war es jedenfalls bei mir ). Roman bot mir seine Hilfe an und wir trafen uns zu einem Gespräch. Auch wenn ich mich erstmal dazu entschieden habe seine Hilfe nicht in Anspruch zu nehmen, was aber an mir und nicht an Roman lag, kann ich ihn nur jedem empfehlen der einen Mental Coach braucht. Und wer weiß, vielleicht bin auch ich eines Tages soweit und nehme seine Hilfe an.

Ronald Weidner hat es verstanden, im Anschluss an eine Erschöpfungsdepression und Herz-OP, meine Gesamtvitalität wieder aufzubauen. Mein Zustand hat sich massiv verbessert. Weiterhin gönne ich mir in regelmässigen Abständen eine Behandlung, es fühlt sich sowohl auf der körperlichen wie auch der psychischen Ebene sehr wohltuend, erholsam und nachhaltig an.
