Menu Our mission Stripped Pizza was founded in Zurich in 2016 with the mission of providing pizza as a wholesome meal without additives, flavor enhancers and colorings. That's where our name “Stripped” comes from: free from any additives. The recipes are created in-house to ensure that every pizza is balanced and wholesome. This means a high proportion of fiber, nutrients, proteins and vitamins. We are constantly developing our dishes to make them even more wholesome. For example, we enrich our pizzas with vegetables whenever possible. Quality is also very important to us. The ingredients are always fresh, of high quality and are carefully prepared by hand. The dough and the sauce are prepared daily on site according to our own recipe. Our dough is left to mature for 48 hours so that it is nice and airy and easier to digest.
