We were only the third butcher's shop in the whole of northwestern Switzerland to be accepted into the Club Prosper Montagné Académie Suisse des Gastronomes after a two-year trial and inspection period and were awarded for our meat quality and service. A total of 9 sausages were tested in three tests, 6 of which were awarded gold and 3 silver. Our own slaughtering and production are the best recipe for meeting the highest standards of meat quality. "Our little story It has always been a great desire of mine to open my own restaurant, where I could put myself out there and realise all my fantasies and goodness. I started my training in Portugal and then moved to Switzerland! I had the opportunity to work in many fine places such as St. Moritz at the Kulm Hotel as Chef, and in Ticino at the Hotel Navegna in Minusio. In 2012 I finally had a great opportunity, namely to open my own restaurant together with my wife Camita. I with my great passion for cooking and Camita with her kindness and friendliness are happy to let you enjoy our specialities in peace and quiet!"
