Dreher is particularly recognized for his precision, calm demeanor, and remarkable connection with his horses. He achieved some of his greatest successes with the gelding Embassy II and the stallion Cool and Easy . Among his notable achievements is his victory in the CSI5 Grand Prix of Geneva * in 2012, one of the most important show jumping events in the world. Further outstanding performances followed at tournaments in Aachen, Stuttgart, and Calgary. Hans-Dieter Dreher has been a member of the German national team for many years and is an integral part of Germany's show jumping elite.
