Ich bin nach dem Duschen ausgerutscht und mit dem Fuß umgeknickt. Das Ergebnis waren höllische Schmerzen und ein Besuch in der Notaufnahme über die Mittagspause. Ich habe angemerkt, dass ich nicht allzu lange warten kann und mir es nur darum ging, festzustellen, ob irgendetwas Schlimmeres (Bruch etc.) vorliegt. In weniger als 45 Minuten wurden meine Daten erfasst, eine Voruntersuchung gemacht und ein Röntgenbild erstellt. Auch wenn ALLE beteiligten Schwestern einen exzellenten Job geleistet haben, möchte ich doch Frau Dr. Rheinländer (hoffe so richtig geschrieben) lobend erwähnen, die sich trotz Mittagspause absolut ins Zeug gelegt hat. Kann das Spital nur empfehlen.

Es wurde in ruhiger Atmosphäre ein gutes Gespräch geführt. Ich wurde als Patient sehr ernst genommen. Meine Bedürfnisse wurden aufgenommen. Alles wurde unkompliziert erledigt. Alle Kontakte mit der Praxis für Terminfindung oder Medikamentenbezug etc., waren äusserst freundlich.

Mein Mann liegt seit ein paar Tagen in der Reha und fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben ! Also ich selber muss sagen das Personal die Aerzte machen es den Patienten sehr einfach, weil sie fühlen sich fast wie zu Hause, freundlich und aufgestelltes Personal! also der gesamt Eindruck ist sehr Positiv: weiter so !!
