Nämlich sich mit Herzblut und Kompetenz um unsere heissgeliebten Vierbeiner (und u.u. verängstigten Besitzern!) zu kümmern. Es geht schon mit einer äusserst freundlichen Begrüssung von Fr Akkermans an der Rezeption oder Tele los - egal ob ein regulärer Termin (Dr. O.Schmied) oder als Notfall (bei Fr. Dr.Diethelm) Ich habe mich wirklich immer, sehr gut aufgehoben, äusserst kompetent und liebevoll betreut gefühlt.
