Firstly, they want to charge almost CHF1000 to repair a wine cooler and secondly they werent prepared to provide any guarantee for the work! So it could go wrong the following day and we would have no recourse. Clearly we cannot pay such an hugh amount without some guarantee. The cost of inspection was around CHF 140 (which would have been fine), but since we declined the repair they added travel costs which came to almost CHF400!! To add to the insult, when they sent us the invoice we requested, their email had been hacked and we were sent a link to the invoice from their hacked email. We only found out afterwards. Not a pleasant experience..
