Not recommended if you want your pet to live
We called on a Monday, really worried about our young dog with a swollen belly and acting strange. We were told "it's not an emergency" and to wait until the next available appointment, Thursday afternoon. By Saturday, our dog was dead. At only 3.5 years old. Diagnosis: liver cirrhosis.
