Contacted them to see if they could repair a particular fridge freezer. Gave them the brand, model number, year of purchase (16 years before) and description of the problem. They said they could fix any fridge. Once they arrived, we were told it wasn't fixable! They then sent me a proposal to sell me a new one days later. When I didn't buy from them, at twice the price I paid for elsewhere, they sent a bill for their time, 9 months after their visit. When payment was refused they took the matter to the Poursuites in the middle of the Pandemic.
