Not the top service guitar shop it used to be
Not the top service guitar shop it used to be (I’m a 30-year customer) I took my Ovation acoustic in to get the action improved and got it back pretty much the same as when I dropped it off. They simply adjusted the truss rod and didn’t look at the nut or bridge, and couldn’t even make the effort to wipe the dust off the body when the strings were replaced (there were finger marks in the dust under the strings). Very disappointing. On the plus side, they’re still friendly and don’t price gauge.
