Unfreundlich

Meine Erfahrung entspricht gar nicht derjenigen der anderen Bewerter. Der Amtsschimmel wiehert und die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und inkompetent. Erinnerung an die Polizisten der Schweizermacher kommen hoch.

So muss Service sein, gute und kompetente Auskunft und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter noch dazu. Da verliert man die "Angst" vor den Schweizer Behörden!
